July 6, 2007 - Without issuing opinions, the Supreme Court granted three petitions for review in today's weekly orders, vacated the lower appellate courts' judgments, and remanded to the respective trial courts for entry of judgment pursuant to settlement agreements reached between the parties. All three cases had generated published opinions in the lower appellate court.

The Court also denied five petitions for review today, and four mandamus petitions.
