Dallas County is getting away with MURDER! LITERALLY! If you click on Sempe vs. Dallas County this has been going on since 1990. Now I do not know what interlocutory means, but it probably can not be good for my Sons, christopher and carl Sempe. could any one give me a heads up on this? I tried to call Lawyer Goren and Lawyer Robert Dowd only got voicemail, I would appreciate input. Thanks
